I had James out today for AC maintenance. He was very professional very friendly and seems to enjoy what he does. I have been using Dirk's heating and cooling for many years now and I think the staff and technicians are wonderful

We used Dirk's Heating and Cooling for a new furnace and air conditioner this summer. We were extremely happy with the professionalism of the installers. When we had an issue with our air conditioner, Jeff Webb came out to troubleshoot and fix the problem. He was AMAZING!! He was able to solve the problem completely! His work ethic and determination were second to none. The unbelievable part was that he then came back to our home on a Saturday, when it was really HOT, to make sure it was working properly. Dirks is great! We’ve always had a good experience when calling and our tech Phil is awesome! Nicest guy ever and he knows his stuff, I trust him when he tells me something is up. He’s never let us down. No matter where you go or who you have come out, it’s expensive. 6 years we’ve been with Dirks and have never had an issue and great service. I feel like Phil has gone out of his way to help us. Big huge THANKS Phil!

We used Dirks for an A/C system check and found them to be a great source for HVAC service and support. Their text messages were helpful to confirm and remind of our appointment. We were especially pleased with the quality and commitment to our satisfaction that was demonstrated by Jack Tanner - our service technician. Jack not only accomplished the scheduled service, but was able to inform us of additional service checks available. He's great at service but also is great at promoting Dirks.
