On our new build cabin, we were left with an unfinished, mess from another local HVAC /electrical contractor…. 3 other HVAC companies declined when trying to find a co. to repair/ finish our HVAC… Jeff at Dirks said, we had a mess but could be repaired… KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, INTEGRITY!!!! THE BEST… THANK YOU

Excellent, knowledgeable technicians. You might think you can install a mini-split. Think twice! It is very complicated and messy. Let the pros do it. Pricey, but well worth it. Dirks did it right!

Ben came on-site to service AC. Very courteous and helpful. Showed me the unit, and what I need to do to maintain it. I am signed up for the Annual Maintenance program. Makes keeping the furnace and AC functioning a lot easier.

We had a new furnace and duct system installed in our house and couldn’t be happier with Dirk’s service. Got a good quote from Todd (sales) and started to work right away, Fred and the crew did an amazing job with our place, definitely recommend Dirks, and will be using them for all our heating and cooling needs. We started out with Dirks Comfort Club when we bought the house two years ago. The Comfort Club provides annual maintenance and priority repair service for a small monthly fee, which they tell us will never go up in price for us. The office always calls us to schedule our appointments and the techs are great. They check out the equipment and always share tips on how to keep things working well and keep our heating and cooling costs down. Whenever I have a heating or cooling question, I just call the office and the service managers patiently provide all the information I need to know. This past summer we replaced our 17+ year old furnace and a/c. The sales rep was great in helping us select the right equipment, the installation went very smoothly, and they followed up at the 6-month mark to make everything operating as it should. In short, I trust Dirks to do right by me and I highly recommend them!

We used Dirks for an A/C system check and found them to be a great source for HVAC service and support. Their text messages were helpful to confirm and remind me of our appointment. We were especially pleased with the quality and commitment to our satisfaction that was demonstrated by Jack Tanner – our service technician. Jack not only accomplished the scheduled service but was able to inform us of additional service checks available. He’s great at service but also is great at promoting Dirks.

Dirks is great! We’ve always had a good experience when calling and our tech Phil is awesome! Nicest guy ever and he knows his stuff, I trust him when he tells me something is up. He’s never let us down. No matter where you go or who you have come out, it’s expensive. 6 years we’ve been with Dirks and have never had an issue and great service. We used Dirk’s Heating and Cooling for a new furnace and air conditioner this summer. We were extremely happy with the professionalism of the installers. When we had an issue with our air conditioner, Jeff Webb came out to troubleshoot and fix the problem. He was AMAZING!! He was able to solve the problem completely! His work ethic and determination were second to none. The unbelievable part was that he then came back to our home on a Saturday, when it was really HOT, to make sure it was working properly.
